1. Services
Loki Labs provides AI, brand, and digital delivery services as defined in project agreements.
2. Scope and changes
Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined per project. Changes may affect timeline and pricing.
3. Payments
Payment terms are defined in proposals/invoices. Late payments may pause delivery.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables transfer upon full payment; pre-existing tools/templates remain property of their owners.
5. Liability
Services are provided in good faith. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, to the extent permitted by law.
